Deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday, working days. There are no deliveries during weekends or local holidays.

To facilitate delivery, we will need work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the package.

We will consider delivery to have been made at the time the customer, or a third party duly designated by the customer, acquires material possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by the customer.


At I´M IN SOCK we work with the transport company ENVIALIA.

For Spain Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, orders will be delivered within48/72 working hours, after receipt of payment.

We want you to have your order as soon as possible but I´M IN SOCK cannot guarantee the punctuality of the carrier once the package has been given to it.

When your order has left you will receive a confirmation email from I´M IN SOCK.


Shipping charges will apply to each order from I´M IN SOCK

FREE SHIPPING for orders over €24 in Spain Peninsula.

For orders under € 24 the shipping cost will be € 6 in the Spanish Peninsula

In Balearic Islands and Portugal the cost of shipping will be €8, regardless of the amount of the purchase..



If you are not satisfied with the products purchased at I´M IN SOCK, for whatever reason, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without giving any explanation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you only need to notify I´M IN SOCK of the intention to return the Product.

It will be necessary to notify I´M IN SOCK by email to the address info@iminsock.com of the decision to withdraw by filling out the following form "Right of Withdrawal":

– Name and address of the client

– Signature of the client (only if this form is presented on paper)

You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the transport company you prefer, although we recommend Envialia to do so, otherwise the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Once you have notified us of your intention to return a product you will need to send it along with the purchase receipt and the original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days.

From the moment that I´M IN SOCK receives the product, it will have 3 working days to check the perfect condition of the product and we will issue a refund of the initial purchase, using the same method that was used for payment within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.


When you exceed the return period of 14 calendar days for the right of withdrawal, and proceed to return the order you will be refunded only the price paid for the product.

You may return the product within thirty (30) days of delivery of the order.

After checking the condition of the Product, I´M IN SOCK will refund the amount through the initial payment method.

We detail the steps to follow for the return of the product.

1. We send an email with the subject RETURN I´M IN SOCK to info@iminsock.com. You will have to give us the details of the order. You can also fill in the "contact us" form.

2. Once we receive the email we will proceed to send a messenger to the address you specify. It is very important that you provide us with a pick-up time so that the carrier can pick up your I´M IN SOCK.

3. When we receive your I´M IN SOCK and check that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 5 working days.


You can return the purchased product, provided that:

- The Product has not been washed or used in any way (except for reasonable wear and tear as a result of checking and testing the Product).

- The Product is complete (two items forming a pair must be returned together).

- The Product remains sealed with the original labels.


If you receive a defective product please contact I´M IN SOCK as soon as possible informing of the defect or imperfection to proceed to its verification.

Send us an email a info@iminsock.com with the subject "Defective Product". You must include your first and last name and order number along with a photograph of the product in poor condition.

Once we check the status of the defective product with the documentation you have sent us, we will proceed to send you a similar product or the total refund of the shipment including the return shipping costs.


We currently do not have available the exchange of products modality. To obtain a product in another colour or size, you must return the original item and place a new order through the website iminsock.com

To proceed with the return of the product, consult our sections 4.1 or 4.2, depending on the time elapsed since you received the order.


All refunds will be made using the same payment method by which the purchase was made. I´M IN SOCK will not make any refund until we receive the product and verify the status and conditions in the warehouse.

Once the conditions of the product have been verified, you will receive, where applicable, a refund of the corresponding amount within fourteen (14) days of receipt.


Purchases made through the I´M IN SOCK Website and under these Conditions of Sale are subject to Spanish law.


Any dispute or discrepancy arising from the application or interpretation of the Conditions of Sale, as well as the contracts it incorporates, will be resolved in the courts of the city of Elche, Spain, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over any other jurisdiction.
